Double eyelid surgery is one type of plastic surgery through which creases are created on the upper eyelids. There might be several different reasons such as removing or improving the sagging and drooping eyelids.

The second method is a double eyelid surgery without an incision, also known as the “Buried suture technique.”

Likewise, it is administered under local anesthesia and IV sedation. The surgeon makes small 1-mm punctures on the skin of upper eyelids and then places the sutures through the punctures and tightens the line.

This method is effective for those who have less thick skin and not much fat. Since this technique is recommended only for those who have thin skin, it can reverse back when people with thick skin are operated with this method.
