Can I keep my double eyelids after Blepharoplasty?

Upper blepharoplasty is effective in improving drooping eyelids due to skin aging.
However, some customers who have double eyelids are wondering if Upper blepharoplasty is possible while maintaining the double eyelid crease. They also ask whether the Upper Blepharoplasty should be performed concurrently with the Double eyelid surgery (incisional method).
Can you have Upper Blepharoplasty while keeping your double eyelids intact?
If you have double eyelids, the drooping eyelids and excess fat can be removed along the double eyelid crease during Upper blepharoplasty. There is no need to create new double eyelids.
However, if you get the double eyelid crease created with the incisional method, your eyes may look unnatural for a while after surgery due to the swelling. They will look more natural within 3 to 4 weeks.
