The reason is that your skin is irritated and there are many invisible wounds on your skin after a laser treatment. If your body temperature increases while your skin is wounded, it may get inflamed or infected.
Therefore, in order to obtain the most satisfactory results, it is strongly recommended that you wait about 1 week before saunas or vigorous exercises.
