If you have both upper and lower eyelid that are sagged, you can get the Blepharoplasty for both at the same time. There are few cases that it is rather recommended to get them done together when the area around the eyes have aged excessively.

There might be tugging sensation temporarily as the skin has been removed, but it will gradually go away as time goes by.
