One of the causes of dar circles in the 20s and 30s is the accumulation of fat under the eyes. Due to the accumulated fat, the area under the eys appears shadowed and ark. Under-eye fat, aka eyebags, refers to the thick protruding area under the lower lashes, which can sometimes give the feeling of bags under the eyes. The eyebags are the phenomenon of aging and can start appearing from the 30s, although occasionally severe accumulation can occur in the 20s.

Mild wrinkles may diminish over time, but if wrinkles are severe, one should undergo a procedure to remove both wrinkles and fat.
