All appointments at She’s Plastic Surgery are operated on a reservation basis. Reservations are highly important.

However, in the event that cancellation is unavoidable, we process deposit refunds according to the following regulations.

· If canceled 3 days before the reservation date, 90% of the reservation deposit will be refunded

· If canceled 2 days before the reservation date, 50% of the reservation deposit will be refunded

· If canceled 1 day before the reservation date, 20% of the reservation deposit will be refunded

· The reservation deposit will not be refunded on the day of the reservation date or after the reservation date.

Before scheduling your surgery appointment, please plan carefully, especially for procedures requiring long duration.

Additionally, please inform us of any schedule changes at least 3 days in advance. We will actively assist you with rescheduling. Thank you.
