What it does is remove a particular amount of fat from a specific part of the body. Just because the doctor removes the fat does not mean that the fat will not accumulate anymore.

When can you start exercising? You cannot exercise right after the surgery because there might be some swelling on the incision site.

 

 

Therefore, the doctor recommends exercising about one month after the surgery.

 

 

 

 

When the stitches are removed in 2 weeks, you can start from mild walking or jogging. And after about a month, you can gradually increase the level of your exercise programs.

 

 

Regular exercises and a carefully planned diet will boost the effect of liposuction and help you maintain your desired body contour.

 

 

It might not be easy. However, your efforts will pay off. Therefore, you should not neglect the importance of exercises after liposuction surgery. Just removing the fat is not permanent.
