Lower Blepharoplasty is exclusively effective for remobing the wrinkles underneath your eyes. The procedure involves the surgical reoval or tightening of any redundant lower eyelid skin with a precise incision along the lower eyelashes, and, if needed, removal of the unnecessary fat as well. It also simultaneously secures the inner tissues to the orbital bone.
